In the event that a grant is awarded, the applicant agrees to the following:

To provide a written statement of the use of funds within a reasonable time of the event or program ending.
To acknowledge the support of the Township of Minden Hills in all printed material and through other promotional means.
The funds will be used only for the purposes described in this application.
To inform Community Services Department and/or Council if the event/program is delayed or changed substantially for any reason.
In the circumstance the event/program does not go forward, the applicant will return those funds granted for the proposed event/program.
The applicant will be informed of the decision in writing and if approved, will be required to sign the Township's standard rental agreement, if applicable, and will be obligated to obtain any necessary insurance or meet other necessary requirements.
